Choosing a tablet and can it replace a laptop?

Recommend a tablet. More for surfing, reading books and studying. But ideally, it would be nice to make a mini-laptop out of it and such that you can still code on it. 10 inch tablets cost 2.5 times less than laptops with the same performance.

There is no way to replace it, it is impossible to code, and it is also inconvenient to actively study something.
On Windows tablets, you can sort of use the keyboard and mouse, but this is a
