How to send a built route from a computer to a smartphone?

For example, I built a route in Google maps, on a working computer. How can I send this route to my Android smartphone where there is also Google Maps? Has no one thought of this yet?

it doesn't work very
well. the route saved in "my maps" is displayed on the map as lines, and not as a route.
The option that I use is the "search history" on a mobile device:
