Which SSD and where to install in ASUS X555LB?

I plan to take an SDD with a capacity of about 500 GB, there is no disk drive installed in the laptop, so the entire cell for it is free.
1. Stopped at Samsung 860 Evo-Series 500GB and Crucial MX500 500GB. The reviews are mostly positive, and it is not clear whether it is worth overpaying for Samsung?
2. Install in place of the drive (there is also SATA) or in place of the HDD, and the HDD, in turn, in place of the drive? The bandwidth of the interface will probably play an important role, but exact information about them could not be found.

interface bandwidth

The same.
Judging by the very first link from Google, Samsung is a little bit tastier on random access operations. But it all depends on the offers available for your geolocation, for example, I don’t see the point in overpaying more than 1000 rubles.
It doesn't matter, except for the desire to save money on a case for the HDD: for ssd, due to the lower weight of the ssd itself, it's easier to clog up the supports at the installation site (you don't want, after inaccurately transferring the laptop from room to room, to disassemble the laptop / something to pick through the drive slot to install the drive into its working position?)
