With what characteristics to choose a laptop to study as a programmer?

I entered the specialty "Software Engineering" and the question arose of choosing a laptop up to 50-55k. Should I buy a laptop with a low-voltage processor? I don't really play games.

In some places I disagree with Er Code
A laptop can be 13" if you buy a monitor in addition. In general, it is better to take an external monitor at 15.6".
Weight - subjectively a comfort zone up to 2.5 kg if carried in a backpack. But the benefit now, as a rule, only gaming ones weigh more.
SSD - I completely agree, mast hev. There are not many modern laptops with DVD left, so it's better to look with two 2.5 "slots for disks, but if the laptop is still with DVD, then google optibay / hdd caddy
i5 / i7 - yes. An external video card is not necessary, if you are not interested in modern demanding games, Dota/CS and similar games will be fine with modern integrated graphics, but keep in mind that if you are interested later, it will be problematic without replacing the laptop
.
The screen is better than IPS, cheap TN, especially 1366x768 is such a pleasure.
RAM - 8GB minimum, expandable up to 16GB required.
