How to calculate the required power (capacity?) UPS for a laptop?

Hello!
The battery in the laptop died a long time ago. I looked in stores - it's much cheaper to buy a UPS than a new battery in it.
Laptop Dell Inspiron 17R 7720. I work exclusively at home, so I don’t really need a battery. You need a UPS so that in the event of a loss of light (they have become more frequent recently), you can save everything and turn it off normally.
I reviewed a bunch of formulas on the Internet for miscalculation - something turns out to be incorrect.
Do I understand correctly that the selection of the UPS should be done based on the power consumption of the power supply?
In the official support for similar requests, support writes that 17R laptops come with 90W / 130W blocks, depending on the region of sale. ( Here's an example )
But no matter how much I multiply / divide numbers by bp - it doesn’t work for me like that.
Here is a photo of the PSU:

Help me calculate the required power of the UPS please.

@Q2art

I would still recommend ordering another battery on the Internet, the price is comparable and more sense. The laptop is cool, use it - do not turn it into a PC)
