Hello everyone, please advise a software solution. I would very much like to install on your server and web access. Well, preferably free.
We have: a small business - production and delivery of one product.
The meaning is this: you need a warehouse of components, then when creating a product, you need to bind components from the warehouse and delivery information to it (the product).
You also need information about the client and the history of warranty claims, as well as the history of calls and documents when opening a product (or transaction)

1C does not offer free products, so I would say that the section was chosen incorrectly.
If you omit the condition about free, then, for example, UNF + Bitrix, you can use either KA and Bitrix. Probably, in both cases, improvements will be required. There is another option to hire a programmer to write the configuration just for you, but I don’t think so. that it will be cheaper.

The tags are wrong. According to the description, you don't need 1C - you always have to pay money. And even more so do not need ERP - it is always necessary to pay a lot of money!
But CRM is exactly what is described in the text of the question. Google "free CRM" and choose from the options. Personally, I would prefer Bitrix24, but there are enough options without it.
