Which solution should I choose to buy a cloud on AWS?

We position ourselves as a fast-growing startup (a service for providing steam and VOT services),
so we turned our attention to AWS as a platform to solve this issue.
We are looking for a ready-made solution in the form of a highly available cloud service that will meet the following characteristics:
1000 VOT HD USERS,
500000 VOT USERS,
1000 Streamers,
100TB Storage.
From the very beginning, the resource must be ready for the above-described loads and scaling.
Is there any chance of getting an answer to this question from AWS support itself? I asked a similar question to their sales department and unfortunately did not receive an intelligible answer.

ec2 + s3 + cloudfront for broadcasting and distributing
the Amazon itself is scaled horizontally and you will have nothing to rest on, except that it will all cost horses

Amazon support will answer you only if you are a well-known startup or pay them from 20-30k per year (moreover, if a startup can offer 10-20k loans for 12-24 months). Amazon services are ready for any load, but your tasks are not clear to me.
