AWS Amplify or AWS Lightsail?

I ran into the problem of deploying a future application, the client part is written on the Java + Android studio stack, and the application itself will be similar to Zenly, and I can’t understand which option is preferable to choose to work with the backend part, based on the convenience of work and the amount of funds which will have to be spent. Build the entire backend in spring and upload it to the Lightsail server, or choose the Amplify service?
