How does amazon s3 backup increase and how to pay for it?

I set up a backup on the device (registered kei)
Now the question is, my backup weighs 100GB, and there it is given 5 for free.
How will Amazon tell me when to pay?
Where is there to pay?
Do I need to tick off the size of the backup somewhere?
