Which cloud service to choose for a daily short program?

Hello.
I have a program (written in C#.NET) that takes ~40 kilobytes and runs in 1.5-2 seconds (on my computer). The program simply parses data on the Internet and sends it to e-mail. I need a timer to run this program on the server every day at 9 am.
I plan to run this program every day (automatically) for 5 years.
Which service should I choose so that the cost of launching such a program is minimal?
Or maybe it will be possible to run such a program for free.
PS I've actually already tried to register on AWS, but I'm having trouble verifying my residential address. And on Microsoft Azure, I don't know which service to use. There may be other similar services that I don't know about.
P.S. I'm new to this business.
