How to choose AWS for web hosting?

Hello.
Preliminarily, I consider it necessary to indicate that I am facing the Amazon for the first time, but now it is he who is needed.
A simple site without a database, a one-page site, which will receive 1-3 million visits in 24 hours.
Amazon provides a large selection (T1, M1, C1, CC2, M2, CR1, CG1, I2, HS1, M3, C3, R3) options, namely corporate ones, which theoretically should hold such a volume of traffic.
Which one to choose according to the parameters / configuration?
How to calculate what would not overpay?
There is no such information in the Amazon FAQ.
It is also not very clear what to take for such a project: on demand; Spot instances; reserved instances; dedicated hosting.
There is nothing to do load testing.
Many thanks in advance for the answers.
