Which smartphone to choose for remote access?

I am looking for a smartphone with two criteria:
- root-rights, the bootloader can be obtained after purchase in a matter of minutes, without unnecessary manipulations, such as Xiaomi
- the second criterion, perhaps deserves a separately created question - you need constant remote access to the smartphone screen without outside approval " client", as it happens with TeamViewer
All other criteria are secondary.
