Is half duplex possible on an android tablet?

Background: there is a Chinese tablet on android, a year was lying around idle, but a couple of days ago I started an Internet and ftp on it via wifi.
The speed is 11 megabits, in general it is normal, but it only works in duplex mode, that is, 500 kB / s for downloading, 500 kB / s for uploading.
Is there any way to make, say, 900 kB/s for download and 100 kB/s for upload.
UPD when monitoring the network, the channel load is 50%

Hmm, duplex only applies to Ethernet connections, since that's how many pairs your connection will use. So no, half-duplex is not possible over WiFi. You need to look for the possibility of limiting incoming and outgoing traffic. What I think should be in FTP.
