How to pass conversion events to an Android app if they happen on a third party?

There is an application for android with a number of links to third-party products, you need to somehow implement the transmission of conversion events. At the same time, third-party products can send events only postback.
Perhaps there are some ready-made analytics systems or solutions for this task?
