Which slot is better to insert an SSD drive (PCIxx)?

there is an X8DT3 motherboard, it has
3 (x8) PCI-E 2.0 (1 in x16 slot),
1 (x4) PCI-E (in x8 slot),
2x PCI 33MHz slots

and there is a PCI-EXPRESS 1TB GIGABYTE SSD (GP-ASACNE2100TTTDR) , it has PCI-E 3.0 (x4), but since there is no such thing, in which slot is it better to put an SSD?

In any PCI-E, does it make sense to put such an SSD in such a mother?
It will run on pci-e 2.0 x4 which is ~2gb/s
