Samsung TV not seeing HDMI connected to PC?

I connect HDMI from PC to TV, but nothing works. The TV just does not see the cable. The cable itself is working, I checked it on the monitor and ps4. The desired connector is also selected in the TV settings. How to decide?
I can’t push anything through the Windows settings, because. I connect the TV not as a second monitor, but simply instead of a TV monitor.
The TV has been updated to the latest version, the drivers on the PC are all there. On the Internet, the solution is only with connecting a TV set as a second monitor.
