You just need to store a PDF file, attach text information to it, attach photos, and efficiently search for these documents. For example, to find all the acts for the equipment of such and such an article, or to find all the acts that Ivanov compiled, or to find all the acts for the equipment of Horns and Hooves LLC, etc.
