What application can tag a personal video library (tens of thousands of short videos)?
There was a need for tagging short videos for subsequent search and storage in the form of a convenient catalog.
Megafunctionality is not required, video viewing, catalog browsing, search and filtering by tags, creation and editing of labels and descriptions.
No online functions, no downloads to the Internet storage and video transcoding - only work with local storage in the form of files. There is no special need for automatic face recognition, a simple interface for arranging tags and descriptions for videos is enough, ideally with timestamps in the videos themselves, but this is no longer necessary. I also want a convenient interface for adding new videos, simply by rescanning the specified directory, and not, as in some applications, downloading one file at a time.
If the application will work with images as well as with videos, that's fine too, I wouldn't want to use different ones.
What desktop windows or linux application can achieve this?
