Hello everyone, I read this FAQ , but did not understand where to click to verify your account with a mobile phone. I want to upload long videos, but they refuse: Rejected (length of video is too long)
I also have several videos that had music playing in the background when recording, they have the status of Matched third party content. I believe that I use this content honestly, but I do not know how to prove it.
The account properties say:

although there is a line in the Overview: You have videos that may contain content that is owned by someone else. Please review these videos.
I do not plan to delete these videos. Please tell me first how to verify the phone number, I do not see the corresponding link / button for this.

Don't worry about the rights - a YouTube notification doesn't mean that someone has made claims to your videos. In addition, if you are ready to prove the legality of using the content, then you will not be afraid of such claims.

There are a number of countries and carriers for which we don't provide this service because of varying limitations. If possible, you may want to try a friend's phone on another carrier.
