Opera: Youtube not working

Youtube has not been working in Opera for 2 weeks now. The embedded YouTube video works fine, but if you click on the bottom right button to go to the site or follow the link to some youtube video, then instead of the video and controls there is a black rectangle, by right clicking the mouse you can judge that flash didn't even load. Flash player and Opera are the last ones.

This issue occurs when YouTube's HTML5 mode is enabled.
if you clear the cookie for the youtube site, then the video starts playing, but in Flash,
but if after that you go and turn on the html5 mode www.youtube.com/html5 , it stops playing again.
