Posthumous loading of information into the network?

Those who watched The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, I think, remember the episode when Lizbeth told the fat pervert that if he killed her, the video would automatically appear on the network. If we exclude the fact that her friends can upload a video, then how can this be done? Don't worry, I'm not asking this for myself, purely professional interest :) Thank you!

and these have already died:

In general, there are many different possibilities, the simplest is if a person is not marked on the service for N days, then mailing occurs. Or a list of trusted persons who can indicate that a person has died (naturally, do not send out immediately, but make a delay during which if no signals are received from the owner, then send out)

You buy hosting. You put a deferred script that will do what you need in a few days. Then the main thing is not to forget to translate it further every few days.

Well, then it’s already smart, sending a packet “I’m still alive” to a certain server once an hour. And already dance from it. Smarts die pretty quickly, and it is unlikely that the killer will charge the device just in case (not knowing that it is it that gives this very signal).
Moreover, this very heartbeat can be sent from several devices, and played under the conditions under which the video will be posted.
I would only, in the place of the inventor (telnitsa) of such a posthumous notice, think about the reliability of uploading the video itself. Let's say the script was convinced that the hostess' smart was unavailable, twitched to upload the video - and the video hosting API has changed since the script was written, or the video was banned for something, and the whole idea failed, it turns out.

The script parses obituaries, for example, from newspapers. And if you remember that she had access to many government bases, then even easier.
