Which service should be used to maintain profiles of the characters of the RPG being developed?

When developing an indie RPG, the team faced the problem of organizing information around the characters and the game's world. We need a platform that allows you to conveniently catalog quite voluminous questionnaires with many items and sub-items so that any of the developers can easily see the necessary information about each character (starting from "banality" like age and height and ending with connections and relationships with other characters, moreover, depending from advancing in the plot). There should also be records of individual factions, events and locations. Various options have already been tried: "Google Docs" (very flexible), "FANDOM" (a wiki is much better, but the service design is poorly organized for such purposes) and "Notion" (not as convenient as a wiki and not too adapted to lists of dozens of items). Unfortunately, neither option came up, although I think that such services should exist - free or paid. Please suggest something similar.

What is needed here is not documents and a drawing tool, but a graph database, like Neo4j.

Have a look at this: https://lorehub.app/ is a wiki focused on story and world design.

Notion may well solve this problem.
