Which server to choose for SOHO?

Good day. Please help me choose a server for a small organization with 30 workstations.
It is planned to deploy on the server: a gateway, a terminal server for 1c8 (10 people work with the base), a terminal server for 1c7 (15 people work with the base), ubuntu LTSP server (10 thin clients). Virtualization system from VMWare.

I'm sorry, I forgot to mark that the server is needed in the Tower form factor.
