Hello! I want to install in Vmware Ubuntu. So he tells me something about CD-DVD and about Vmware tools. The site has a manual on how to install, but it's not clear. Do I need to download it first or what?

Probably in the guest room after all? Tools are included with VMware Worstation and are mounted into a virtual cider from the top menu. Then in the guest machine you need to mount this cider and run the script. On the other hand, there is open-vm-tools:
