Which proxy server / distribution kit to choose with a built-in proxy + statistics + webadmin?

We need a proxy server with a web (gui) interface (subsequently transfer for maintenance).
There are about 300 users.
Statistics and reports are needed.
Tried:
1. squid+sams - ubuntu = something with deb support see

Users of debian and similar distributions have already noticed that there are problems installing SAMS2 from
the packages posted on the deb site. Since I work mainly with rpm packages, I need someone
to take over the maintenance of SAMS2 deb packages.

2. pfSense + squid as a plug-in - no reports, no authorization by IP/MAC (although I think that it is possible to start at the firewall level ... but not an option)
3. clearOS - it seems beautiful, but ... no statistics
What can you advise?

ubuntu + sarg + squid3 with kerberos authentication - works fine, looks at statistics, blocks content, configured using 10 different sites because there is no complete instruction

You will probably have to cut everything yourself.
Here's what was chosen:
FreeBSD 10 + Sams2 (from svn rev1002) installed from this article.
Everything is working. Urya :)
