The essence of the question is -
I need a project / task management system in which I could invite clients to control the execution of tasks. The system should be able to hide the development department from the client. Clients should not see Developers and their contact details
In fact -
We create a project with a task in it We bind the client, the development department and project managers The client should not see the discussion within the project that the development department leads and should not see the department itself, including its members, but could to view the task, see the comments of other departments, ask questions in the task, i.e. in fact, the developers are working on the task, but no one except the studio employees can see them.
Redmine, ActiveCollab, Basecamp, Teamwork, Megaplan are not suitable. You can't hide departments inside tasks.
