Redmine vs jira. What to choose?
The question is asked primarily in the context of project management.
I would like to know the opinion, first of all, of those who had experience with these two systems.
The first advantage of redmine is that it is free, which is undeniable in comparison with the competitor. The scope of application is the development of commercial web projects, therefore jira-preferential rates for open source will not work. In principle, jira prices are satisfactory, but for example, there is no Russian language in their "cloud", and for some team members this fact turned out to be critical.
What I would also like:
Through email (possibly jabber), complete / open / create, etc. - preferably regardless of the module (at least the basic ones).
Have the ability to work with documents (versioning, converter from the office and web editing and back to the office) teamwork (who, where, when).
Attaching a file storage (dropbox, box, google drive, local - it doesn’t matter) with change tracking (a person saved the file in his editor, for example, in ps to a certain directory, after a “moment” I got a “notification”, I looked and possibly commented and everything like that).
Management of rights of different levels, from "project" to "object".
Convenient mobile versions (clients) for ios and android.
Reminders with the ability to reply (I received a message that a new comment was added - I would like to be able to leave a response to it in the response message).
Possibility to fasten some service for versioning and discussion of graphic files.
Planning and setting goals.
Tickets.
Ability to integrate with third-party services (trello & etc.).
Work with the project code will not be required, it is already being done in the IT department, just through jira in the cloud.
I think those are the main points. Judging by a short test in both systems, there is an implementation of all of the above in one form or another, or almost everything, but as always, the quality of implementation, convenience and price of the issue are important.
I would like to read, if possible, about your personal attitude, yours, to these systems +/- and especially in comparison. Thank you in advance, if you need to clarify something, then I'm always ready to do it.

In the end, the choice was made. Not in favor of the participants I mentioned in the question, but in favor of bitrix24.
I use scrumboard in my work , of the listed features there is a convenient work in the knowledge base, just including the export / import of office formats, change histories, you can insert images and receive notifications about changes.
One fig any one for yourself will have to be finished. If there are rubies, then redmine is better, if pythonists - trac, if other - jira
Jira has a sufficient number of plugins that allow you to customize the process for your business. As for the Russian language, atlassian themselves are slowly translating the application into Russian, the plugin is available and free.
