How to draw up a “concept” document for the necessary software improvements?

Good afternoon!
we have made a small program for the client (accounting program), beta version. We collected the requirements, now you need to approach the document on 2 pages.
The document should reflect (in my opinion):

  • concept of the final version of the program (i.e. what should be the software in the end)
  • list of things to do

For whom the document is being made: for the client
Purpose: to show what the software will be like in the end, what it will allow to do. I
can identify the requirements, talk with the client, but it’s not very good to paint and “pack” my requirements beautifully.
Please tell me friends, how best to draw up such a presentation document? Do you have any cool templates or samples to share?
respectfully,

You first think and decide what you need - a document (which contains detailed textual content, maybe even with a lot of pictures) or a presentation? These are two completely different ways of presenting information.
Do you need:
- beautiful and concise (presentation)?
or
- informational and meaningful (document)?

I think the format should be chosen based on the following factors:
- for which categories (roles) of the client's employees the document is being prepared;
- what these employees of the client should do as a result of familiarization with the document.
Those. if this is a sale of improvements, then most likely this is a short presentation for the tops.
If this is a sale of improvements, but it takes place in front of ordinary employees, then here is a more detailed presentation with specific examples of using the functionality.
If this is necessary to agree on the scope of further work, then this is a document that can be included in the basis of the TOR.
