Based on the results of SPIC-2012, should the article be published?

Good day to you, habravchane.

I had the honor to speak at the SPIC with the report "Project Management: Untapped Potential".
In addition to the presentation, there are outline texts.
The main emphasis was reduced to “show as much as possible”, “we are not doing it according to written rules ... and is it necessary in our country according to the rules ...”. And he also outlined a number of methodologies and main approaches “galloping through Europe” as an introductory excursion - waterfall, spiral and agile methods. In the last one, he mentioned scrum, kanban, flex scope, and some other stuff.

Since the audience is very diverse, in some places it gives off captaincy, but if viewed from the point of view of an “introductory review” article with a number of personal examples, in my opinion, it should be interesting.

I would also be glad to exchange experiences / listen / read your comments.

Summarizing the protracted prelude, will the Habrasociety be interested in such material? Is it worth it in the form of a full-fledged article or is it limited to this issue?

Thanks in advance.

I watched a couple of speeches online, in general, they said really obvious things. And what exactly was the audience?

I spoke sp-ic.ru/program/details.php?ID=955 in this section.
On the one hand - "specialists", there were few customers.
There were many company executives, there were developers. I wanted to talk about the nuances, features and that “you can also do it differently”, but stumbled on the fact that people are not familiar with the basic principles of methodologies and the word Scrum turned out to be abusive for them.

Of course, publish - I'll read it with pleasure!
