Tell me a method or an online service for accounting in a service center?
There is a small electronics service center and you need to keep records of repairs, sales, spare parts, devices under repair, order status (it would be ideal to be able to integrate with our website); print receipts
I found many different services for business (my business, planfix), but they all do not fit.
Now we are working with MS Access, which can fill out receipts from a form and print them. But we need an online service (yes, our database hangs in Google Drive, but it doesn’t sync right away + there are problems with the receipt file paths). I looked at 1C Air for a long time - but it’s also not great, it lags too much and is buggy.

There is a simple and free program for the telemasteru.ru/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=420 service center, you don't need to activate it for 1 user, it's free. Under 1 master, the very thing is what you need if there are more users, then you can buy it and it costs 1350 rubles per user
Today showed remcount.com/index.php
Sources are available for download there (registration is not required). True, you need a file if you need to bring it under yourself.
For your requirements, the HelloClient service will do. In the program you can:
and other useful things. By the way, in the online support service, the guys take into account the wishes for the introduction of new functions. Check out the nice interface
Everywhere where I saw the work of the SC - 1C-something is used. Maybe something on accounting for fixed assets, but the 1C interface is hard not to recognize.
I myself have been writing for 2 years the accounting system for the SC.
I also tried a lot. Didn't like anything. If you want the service to be ideal for your needs - write it yourself;)
Here is a service for beginner workshops, at the moment all the functionality is provided for free
www.remboard.ru
And here is a relatively new, but damn cool service and not expensive - www.remdesk.ru
Here is an overview of the most popular programs for the service center - https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCEOgL9jgEx575QwHFg38-WQ
If anyone is interested, you can view a similar program for service centers. With improved functionality.

I myself was looking for an account for the service. I've tried everything there is. The funny thing is that the service for restaurants was best suited :), but there was no way to customize printing forms and "Dish: iPhone 6" would look strange :)
As a result, they spat and made their own. Based, so to speak, on the harsh working days of the SC. We ourselves have been sitting on it for a year, a convenient thing turned out. Now in the stage of pre-sale preparation. There will be low prices. And this (I think so) is the only system that was developed by a direct participant in the process, and not by outsiders who themselves did not boil in this mess.
For some reason, all systems are sharpened to the fact that the service is engaged only in repairs. Or just IT outsourcing. In addition, for some reason, all existing systems are tuned to the fact that people do not come more than once.
I'm leaning towards the 1C solution. And a lot of ready-made templates and everything has long been known. You can look here https://interlogika.ru/avtomatizaciya-servisnogo-centra
It may be simple, but at some stage it will be enough. We made a CRM system in Google spreadsheets for a service center
. For a small business, it’s quite enough, and most importantly, we finished it ourselves later as needed.
