Helpdesk

A new platform for supporting sites and users, a hybrid of freelance and helpdesk. Your opinion?

Greetings to all testers on the toaster!
Please evaluate the prospects of the project before entering the beta. The idea is to combine the Russian mentality and helpdesk to solve the main requests of site owners and Internet users, with an emphasis on legal entities. Yes, yes, another freelance.ru - but not quite!
The current situation limits companies from attracting freelancers due to their unpredictability and the difficulty of dealing with an emergency situation. Who placed orders on Russian freelance exchanges is known. Odessa, of course, is a different story. And we will use its principles, such as selecting webmasters using ratings and SLA execution plans.
The second point is the inertia of the customer and the unwillingness to show their incompetence, which is usually solved in B2B by an intermediary like a project manager. There are still nuances, but the point is to introduce an additional link to resolve these issues, for example, a personal manager - moderator, in the form of an employee of the system.
Another psychological moment is the ability to conveniently and quickly, without unnecessary control over the performer, to implement a quickly emerging idea to the client. And ideas do not always come during working hours, but, for example, in transport or a business trip. Also a nuance for those who prefer remote communication to live conversation and meeting is an interesting trend of the new world. The service for this works, like most freelance webmasters 24 hours a day, namely they will be invited to perform.
The meaning of the system: Quickly, promptly, without unnecessary approvals and troubles. The system has clients, webmasters and moderators. I entered the money into the account, placed an application, after 2 hours I received the result. Conveniently? Maybe yes. The main thing to understand is that the service is not for those who make money on the Internet. And for people who need to delegate tasks to a trusted person. And in this case, this is a legal entity bearing guarantees for its participants and the quality of the completed task, and for this receiving a commission.
The idea got some implementation in the form of a web muzzle with a landing page web-support24.ru aimed at e-commerce (there is money there, so they are the first :) but several more landing pages are planned for different types of requests, for example, just technical support of the site, etc. . A helpdesk is attached to the web-face, in which most of the work with client tickets is implemented.
Now we are at the stage of technical refinement of billing applications using a payment aggregator and various goodies, such as a password manager for storing company Internet data, a calendar for scheduling system events, etc. The history of all company applications is also stored, in case the manager quits, there were no situations that all accesses were lost and nothing could be found.
Plus, the client still has the opportunity to partially refuse specialists in the office if they do not have a full load or if they need a highly specialized specialist.
At the moment, there is a small team, and there are clients whose clients we plan to transfer to this service desk. There is not only an evangelist programmer at a crossroads), with the skills to plan and build a server backend architecture. If it's you, I'll be happy to discuss business.
Actually, the idea is not new and not original, but just a working tool. How did you take it:

  1. bullshit
  2. nothing interesting, might shoot
  3. yes, he would have thrown off part of the non-core work

Or maybe there are interesting interpretations or thoughts? Constructive criticism and suggestions are welcome!
PS And another question, where can I throw an idea to find like-minded people and partly for a pr project?

Actually, we have a Toaster and MoyKrug - in my opinion, just what you described.
Promising? And here everything is simple, the main thing is the presence of customers. If you just make another freelance site, without a powerful advertising injection, you are unlikely to promote it - the monsters of the market are too hyped.
PS
You already have a ready site there. Why are you asking then, because you already know better. And for PR, this place is not the most promising, unless you need freelancers.

Neither the customer understood anything nor why the freelancer, nor who and how much pays. Hire a copywriter)) Rewrite everything in 7 points and no more than 1000 characters...

Came by chance after 3 years.
The idea is great, the description is confusing, you (had) needed a sales person to wrap it up in a clear and attractive way.
How are you doing with the project?
