Team development. What to read?

Good afternoon! I don’t have much experience in the web (freelancing) (soon to be a year), I managed to work for small startups where there was practically no teamwork, but the last two projects showed that I and the people I worked with have problems with this, in the team there were 4 people. I am more interested in working in small / medium teams working in the field of backend / frontend / design. How people in this chain interact, their workflow, etc. I read many Western blogs, they often write about this, but so far there is not enough information.
Are there any books on this subject?

Children come to their father in the village and want to sit in the evenings and have a good time at the table, decide to build a summer gazebo and stand it, and no one is freeloading, shifting work to others, someone doesn’t understand something, dad explains how to keep, where to dig where to nail. They have a common goal, there is a leader and a goal that they will receive. In your case, the motivation is money / earnings, and if someone is rotten / freeloader / quitter in the team, then the work will go badly, everyone should be equally well interested in each team there should be a leader and he does not have to (but better) be the most technically literate, who will judge and prompt and will push to achieve the goal competently, and not by caustic methods. Teamwork. But unfortunately for the frequent mentality of people, my hut is on the edge, I won’t ask for help myself, let him ask for help through the leadership, then they will replace me with such a genius and give me a raise and everything like that.

The fact that problems arise in the team is a matter of time. There is nothing to read here. It's like a manual like how to make friends or how to seduce a girl. You have to try here.
What role do you see for yourself in the team? Start your project and PR slowly.

I read an old but quite interesting book "How to herd cats". Well, in principle, you can read anything about Agile, but as they say, books are one thing and practice is another.
If you are from Moscow, I can recommend my full-time course: propercourse.ru/courses/1
