Is there a simple task tracking system?

Friends, I rummaged through the Internet, read reviews of pm-systems (redmine, basecamp, jira, etc.) and realized that I needed a simpler system that would be in the cloud or installed on a hosting.
Purpose: Interaction with the client
Requirements for the system, on the part of the client:
- setting the task within the framework of the project;
- Closing or adjusting tasks;
- reporting how much time is spent on the project.
Requirements on the part of the developer:
- Estimation of time costs;
- commenting on the task;
- generation of a report on time costs.
I would be grateful if you tell me an interesting solution, while I look towards Worksection and TeamWork. These projects are embarrassed by the lack of a time estimate in tariff plans up to $20/month

We use acunote . For teams up to 5 people free.
If you need to interact with the client, asana might be better .

in the worksection - try writing them a letter. They are quite loyal peppers, we wrote with reason and they gave us conditions that are better than the rates stated on the site. Time costs - they have done ok, I confirm.
