Which program can be used to lock the screen in windows 10 by timer?

Ubuntu had a cool alarm clock gadget that blocked the screen on a timer. This is in order not to forget that from time to time you need to tear yourself away from the monitor.
In Windows, I shoveled all the official gadgets, but did not find anything like it. They are all kind of crooked.
Can eat any program which will cope with a task in view?

 создать задачу,
 вкладка 
          общие; выполнять от имени пользователя администратор
          триггеры; создать  выполнять каждые ..., или как надо
          действие запускать программу rundll32.exe с параметрами                            
           user32.dll,LockWorkStation
         дальше по желанию
