Which processor should you choose: Intel Core i9 10900K or AMD Ryzen 9 3900X?

Greetings.
I'm choosing between Intel Core i9 10900K and AMD Ryzen 9 3900X , but I still can't lean in favor of one of them.
I wanted to assemble a computer, mainly for work, in a small cabinet and as silent as possible. The computer is needed for: various kinds of code, virtual machines, graphic editors and rarely games (hunting for something to cut into something once a quarter), and also try to start a hackintosh, although I had no business with it. Intel is more expensive, it's not much more productive in games, but it's more expensive and inferior in some tests, and integrated graphics ... I don't know if it's capable of anything.
What do you think - which one to choose?
