Which bookmarking service now allows you to most effectively solve the issue of storing bookmarks?

Tell me a decent bookmarking service, I mainly use the FireFox browser and the standard Sync synchronization leaves much to be desired, tricky, and I don’t have confidence in this system ...
Share your experience? Who gets out of the situation?

Instead of bookmarks, I use evernout, first I run the page through clearly, then I copy it there, because especially useful bookmarks tend to die after a few years, because are on personal blogs that are no longer supported. Well, in general, the service is convenient, although not quite for bookmarks.

It is required to implement the ability to synchronize open web pages, at work and at home, but not in such a way that I would go somewhere at the same time, but that I would close the browser at work, open it at home and see the same pages ...
