Which processor on Android devices can be considered weak in 2019?

You need a smartphone to test applications to be sure that if it works fine, then everyone will work fine. That is, you need a weak processor, and the video is also not super to be. But not the last century, not killed in the trash, but normal (today). That is, somewhere around 90-95% of users should have a smartphone better or the same. And to understand which brand and which model is cooler and weaker, this requires experience that I don’t have.

From the offered processors on the Internet I saw an assortment:
  • many MediaTek (eg Mediatek MT8735)
  • a lot of MediaTek Helio (for example, MediaTek Helio P25 (MT6757T))
  • a lot of Qualcomm Snapdragon (like Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 MSM8998)
  • some Spreadtrum (eg Spreadtrum SC9850)
Samsung (Samsung Exynos 8895)

From video:
  • много Adreno (например, Adreno 540)
  • Mali-T*** (например, Mali-T880 MP2)
  • и чуть PowerVR (например, PowerVR SGX544)

UPD. The choice so far has fallen on:

Need a weak or insufficient for a 19 year old?
835 snap and 8895 exinos are flagships, albeit 2 years old.
