Which PowerBank to choose for Samsung 500T?

Connoisseurs, tell me which PowerBank to choose for a Samsung 500T (XE500T1C) laptop-tablet.
I've already tried several pieces, charging does not go.
Input 12V-3.3A, alternating current AC
There are power banks with direct current DC to 12V,
charging does not go to any, but other devices, including a Sony laptop, charge perfectly.
