We go to aliexpress, look for Quick Charge 3.0 power banks and find many different options.
For example, this one, with a warehouse in the Russian Federation and fast delivery. There are clearly 4 18650 batteries inside, in the future you can disassemble and replace with new ones if they die. Plus, there is a Type C connector, also touched on the future.
