Does such a “beast” (powerbank) exist in nature?

I'm looking for the make and model of a "power bank", if there is one, of course, that meets the following requirements:
a) a collapsible case, 4 or more easily replaceable 18650 cans
b) QuickCharge 2.0 or higher support on the USB output(s)
c) QuickCharge support 2.0 or higher on the MicroUSB-input
d) USB Type C is welcome
Before that, I used a TOMO 4x18650 can, but I want something more beautiful.
