Who can honestly say about wireless chargers?

iPhone 8, I’m looking at wireless charging-holders in the car, since the constantly on navigator drains the battery, and now it’s impossible to play music via AUX and charge due to the lack of 3.5.
Wireless charging will be useless if:
1) it will charge more slowly than the phone drains when navigating
2) the phone will overheat and the battery will deteriorate faster
Who really has experience using such devices?

Be honest, what do you want to hear?
First, the iPhone 8 is Apple's first phone with built-in wireless charging and only went on sale a month ago, and you want a "real experience"? From whom, from the same, ahem, big Apple fans who instantly rushed to buy a new model?
Secondly, if you really want objective numbers, why are you asking about someone's private experience, which was obtained in incomprehensible conditions, instead of sitting down and counting?
A minute of searching gives the answer that at present, the wireless charging of the iPhone 8 is capable of taking no more than five watts of power from the charger. Which, according to tests with wired charging, is enough to charge the phone from zero to full with a charge duration of about three and a half hours. Now compare this figure with the reverse situation - how long does it take your phone to sit down from a hundred percent charge before turning off when using navigation. Most likely, the discharge rate will still be less. And no one will tell you anything about the loss of capacity due to overheating - not enough time has passed since the start of sales, and this is just a question of an experimental nature.

And why does the option with both wired charging and a jack not roll? https://www.amazon.com/iPhone-Lightning-Charge-Hea...
