Found Iphone 5 SE in France. Apparently someone lost it. Now I am in another country. When you try to turn it on, it requires apple id and password. I don’t know the Apple id and password of the previous owner, how can I bypass the lock and make it work?

PS Tried various methods from the Internet, unfortunately no results.
