How to show pdf on iPhone?

I export pdf with

<iframe src="http://docs.google.com/gview?url=http://site.ru/rules/rules.pdf&embedded=true" style="width:100%; height:700px;" frameborder="0">
</iframe>

Everything is ok on desktop and android. The iPhone has a blank screen. How to fix?

As far as I know, it is not readable at all on an iPhone, only by means of downloading and viewing in applications or using a PC

The WebView handles this nicely, feed it a direct link, no frame.
