Which php framework to choose for CMS?

Interested in such a question, what kind of frameworks does it make sense to use when developing a CMS for a narrowly focused site in the field of medicine?
UPD: the site will record patients for an appointment (consider, you need a doctor's card, a patient's card, a doctor's work schedule, etc.). But the most important thing is synchronization with the registry, i.e. so that the patient can see the real queue to the doctors, some changes in the appointment (one of the doctors went to the call). There is also a question on patient cards - is it worth displaying his medical history in the patient's personal account (a matter of serious security). In general, something like this.

Any of the modern ones, if you can use it and it suits your requirements. I prefer Yii2, but that's subjective

we took bootstap + angular + uikit + jquery for ourselves - but you will probably be interested in more php framework - if so, please clarify your question.

The very first thing in order for you to be advised of a framework is to clarify: What exactly are the tasks facing this site / service. Based on specific tasks, choose the most suitable tool for them.
If this is a personal page of a doctor + a question-answer system, then any simple one will do. If there is a system like "Promed", then I'm sorry, but you need to advise more serious tools.
