wordpress theme not showing up What to do?

For the second day, despite the fact that I uploaded all the files via ftp, the theme does not appear in browsers. At the same time in the Chrome browser everything is OK. Changes are visible immediately, just refresh the page. In other browsers, the theme is old. Even clearing the cache doesn't help.
I also noticed that even if you change the theme to some standard one, the old one is still visible in the browser. Why only Chrome browser updates everything normally?
