Which OS to choose for VDS, a user who does not rummage through them at all?

It is planned to install Vesta on this VDS, and use php + mysql. What is better to choose if I do not rummage around in server systems at all, and absolutely do not see any differences between them?
Here is what the host offers

If you don't see the difference at all - then why are you making a choice?)) VPS / VDS will have to be configured one way or another. The hoster can somewhat simplify this process, but not eliminate it, otherwise there is simply no point in taking VDS / VPS.
Drill CentOS6 to get started, and learn/practice in a virtual machine on your computer, then start selling
