Which option is better for a developer to move?
Hello. Could you tell me about the following situation: a student, 2nd year bachelor's degree in economics, now I am engaged in advertising activities, freelance. From time to time I write simple bots in Python, but lately I’ve been thinking about development more strongly, I’m ready to fully learn, because. this profession is almost the easiest in terms of relocation. If you set the goal of moving to another country, which option is better:
1. In parallel with studies, it is good to study programming (9-12 months) and from the 4th year to find the first job as a junior. In this case, it will be necessary to find an easy full-time master's program, most likely non-IT areas (because almost all of them are labor-intensive) only for the purpose of respite from the army, but which will allow you to work full-time and put the main priority on programming. Thus, in 3 years (4 courses + 2 years of master's degree) I will gain work experience and either get the company I will work for offer a relocation, or find a contract abroad and use it to move. Questions regarding this option: I don’t know how realistic it will be to combine full-time work and study, it may be too difficult and fast to develop as a programmer and study in full-time programs.
2. Get a second higher education abroad (bachelor's degree) in IT, for example, in Germany, take up German and learn in 2 years to a sufficient level for studying (English is now in good condition). Of the pros: a more relaxed path, unlike the first one, will not be pressured by the fact that in 3 years it is necessary to find a relocation offer and there is no need to worry about a full-fledged job + full-time education. Of the minuses, there may be a start to building a career a little later + lower salary at the time of graduation from the university (in the first option, most likely, the offer will be with a higher salary than a graduate of a German university without experience).
In your opinion, based on your experience, which of the options is more correct in my situation? How realistic is it to find a relocation offer in 3 years? I will be very grateful.

Where do you want to move? If in the USA, then it's time to try work&travel.
With relocation, the company can help employees in whom the customer is interested.
That is, an employee who is more important to the customer than other employees.
How much will someone be interested in jun or mid, who was a jun a week ago?
This happens in cases where you have worked in a project for a long time, and even if your qualifications have not yet reached senior level, you simply have key knowledge in the project, because you have worked for a long time.
That is, even under the condition that you quickly become a mid (fantastic), you still cannot become both a mid and a key employee in a couple of years.
Therefore, in your case, you can simply think about finding a job abroad on your own, and gain qualifications as you can (but it’s better in a large company, a complex project)
