C Tutorial to Learn the Basics

Hello!
I'm looking for a tutorial on the basics of C. I tried to read this Head First C from the category for dummies.

But too much slang and unfamiliar vocabulary discouraged. However, my English is far from perfect. Yes, and "dummies" did not like the approach.
Why do I need Si?
1. I want to know the basics, because it's interesting. Until then, only the basics of web layout and PHP (for easy blog setup). Xi got me.
2. I would like to systematically switch to Linux and not experience problems when digging into the settings. Still, this is not Windows, where you very rarely have to do something outside the dialog box.
Not a programmer, so the basics are of interest. And also something that does not require serious knowledge behind your back. Preferably in Russian, but if English is easy, then it is also possible.

For this, you don’t need to know C at all) Most of the configs are ini-like or with their own format (like nginx, for example). In general, there is a meta-language everywhere.
It's better to learn python. Knowledge of PL for writing configs will be needed only in the case of emax (which instead of configs actually uses an Elisp script), but even there the problem is solved by copy-pasting (and the language is understandable if you know Python).
