Which office product works effectively with large spreadsheets and supports different formats?

Sometimes you need to process large csv files, it happens that table files from microsoft, google, apple.
What is the best software to do this?
Libreoffice - eats a lot of RAM, slowly does everything on one core. For csv files larger than 100-200 megabytes is not suitable.
Microsoft Excel 2013 - Works noticeably faster on large volumes than Libreoffice. I do not like the interface and excessive integration into the operating system, so I did not install it when reinstalling the operating system. As I remember, poor support for free formats, elementary problems with csv.
At the moment, I do the processing of such files using scripting programming languages, but I want to somehow visually.

MS Access. Freely import your csv-file there, each field of which is entered into the corresponding field of the database table.
Further, it is a matter of technology, since MS Access is designed specifically for working with tabular data, and it can process large volume data.
If you want a more "fancy" option, then install MS SQL Server Express Edition (it's free), import csv into its database table, and then work through MS SQL Management Studio (also a free product).

Actually, M$ recently stopped selling Office 2016... It's like a hint that your office is not just outdated - it's a fossil :D
Yes, I'm also sick of its new interface - but "eat, Vanka, the money is paid!" Maybe newer versions will be faster.
In general, when such a task arises, it is quite obvious that it is time to move from the table to the database.
If you want from M$ - well, here is SQl Server Express Edition (database limit - 5Gb) or Express Edition R2 (10G).
If you don't want from M$ - MySQL, PostgreSQL - free
