Which mouse is the most ergonomic?

The so-called tunnel syndrome began. He switched to the left hand, now the little finger on the left hand is numb.
Requirements for the mouse in order of importance:
1) Large size and ergonomics.
2) Wireless.
3) Within 5,000 rubles. Plus or minus.
YouTube is full of reviews, but gaming mice are considered. All these responses and diopters are not necessary to me. What about vertical ones?

I've been a fan of big mice for years. The only thing - only wired. Batteries run. They're just pissed off. But many of the rats I tried had wireless versions.
So my hit parade:
1. Logitech MX518. There was a gaming one, in fact - the right mouse
2. Logitech M500. Very similar to MX518. Convenient form. A very precise move.

3. Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0. Timeless classic. Almost the first mouse that I did not want to let go of my hands.
There is such a good wireless one:
